摘    要:针对开采沉陷对环境影响评价的重要、复杂性的问题,考虑其评价因素的模糊性,采用模糊综合评判法来解决开采沉陷对环境影响评价问题,同时提出了该评判法的模糊数学模型,在综合评判模型中,评判因素权重的确定是采用德尔斐法。研究表明,采用模糊综合评判能比较客观、方便地对开采沉陷环境影响进行全面和系统地评价,从而为矿区环境的治理提供决策依据。

Abstract:The evaluation of the effects of mining subsidence on environment is a very important and complex problem, Considering that its assessment factors are fuzzy, this article puts forward a method on how to solve it with fuzzy comprehensive judgment, at the same time, gives the fuzzy mathematical model, in which, the weights of the assessment factors are made out by using the Delphi Method. subsidence on environment easily, objectively, comprehensively and systematically, In this way, decision-making reasons can be offered for dealing with environmental problems in mines.
