复方解热镇痛药的毛细管胶束电动色谱快速分析

摘    要:研究了用毛细管胶束电动色谱快速测定解热镇痛药复方阿司匹林(APC)中阿司匹林(AS),非那西丁(PH),咖啡因(CA)及复方扑热息痛(PAC)中扑息痛(PA),AS,CA含量的方法,使用长37cm(有效长度30cm)内径75um的石英毛细管,+20kV分离电压,在PH8.65的9mmol.L^-1Na2B4O7-13mmol.L^-1KH2PO4(内含60mmol.L^-1)SDSt 2%乙醇)缓冲溶液中,同一制剂中的三组分可在4.5min内完全分离,用紫外检测器在214nm处检测,外标法定量,测定4组分的相对标准偏差在0.84%-1.84%之间,回收率在99-104%之间,所建立的方法应用于复方阿司匹林片和复方扑热息痛片的成分分析,结果令人满意。

Fast determination of active ingredients in compound antipyretic analgesic tablets by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography

Abstract:A micellar\|electrokinetic\|capillary\|chromatographic approach (MECC) for fast determination of aspirin (AS), phenacetin(PH), caffeine(CA) and paracetamol(PA) in pharmaceutical preparations has been developed. Using a 37cm(effective length 30cm)~{!A~}75~{&L~}m i.d. fused\|quartz capillary and an applied voltage of 20kV, MECC is performed in 9 mmol\5L\+\{-1\} borax\|13 mmol\5L\+\{-1\} KH\-2PO\-4 buffer solution (pH8.65) containing 60 mmol\5L\+\{-1\} SDS and 2% alcohol. The four active ingredients are completely separated within 4.5 minutes, and quantified with UV\|detector at 214nm by external standard calibration. Relative standard deviation(RSD) for determining the four components holds in the range in 0.84%~{!+~}1.84%, while the recovery rate obtained in spike\|recovery test is in the range of 99%~{!+~}104%. The developed method can be successfully applied to the determining the active ingredients in compound aspirin tablet and compound paracetamal tablet.
