Talking about the Construction and Utilization of Electronic Resources in Local University Libraries

The proliferation and wide utilization of electronic resources make university library’s information service function be promoted further. Taking the library of Xiaogan College as an example, this paper expounds how the local universities to use limited funds to allocate and develop the electronic resources and serve better the teaching and scientific research of universities.
