摘    要:以有机玻璃管为实验测试段,采用可视化实验手段对比分析光管及内置转子强化管管内苯甲基硅油液滴的流动状态,以及转子在转动过程中与苯甲基硅油液滴的相互作用规律。研究结果表明,光管内的苯甲基硅油液滴基本上悬浮于光管的中心轴线以下前行流动,强化管内由于粘附作用及转子旋转效果的共同影响,使得苯甲基硅油液滴几乎均处于强化管的中上部。在强化管内转子对苯甲基硅油液滴主要有两种作用,分别是苯甲基硅油液滴流经转子叶片时,转子叶片对苯甲基硅油液滴的剪切分割作用,以及转子叶片尾部边缘对苯甲基硅油液滴的螺旋扫掠作用。

Abstract:Using a plexiglass tube as the experimental test section, the flow state of phenylmethyl silicone fluid droplets in the plain tube and an enhanced tube with rotors has been analyzed by the visualization experimental method, and the interaction between the rotor and the phenylmethyl silicone fluid droplets was also studied. The results show that the phenylmethyl silicone fluid droplets were suspended under the bottom of the plain tube and flowed forwards, while the phenylmethyl silicone fluid droplets in the enhanced tube were suspended in the central region due to the combined impact of the adhesion effect and the rotor rotation effect. Furthermore, the results also indicate that the impact of the rotor on the phenylmethyl silicone fluid droplets mainly included the following two effects: the shear segmentation effect of the rotor blade on the phenylmethyl silicone fluid droplets when the phenylmethyl silicone fluid droplets flowed across the rotor blade, and the helical sweeping effect of the rotor blade trailing edges on the phenylmethyl silicone fluid droplets. 
