摘    要: 用高效液相色谱法测定了乳膏剂中联苯苄唑的含量。色谱柱为HypersilODS(2 0 0mm× 4.6mmi.d .,5 μm) ,以 0 .0 8mol/L三乙胺磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH 7.0 ) 乙腈 甲醇 (体积比为 2 0∶10∶70 )为流动相 ,在 2 5 4nm波长处检测。联苯苄唑质量浓度在 8 99mg/L~ 44 96mg/L范围内 ,其浓度与其峰面积的线性关系良好 (r =0 .9998)。该法灵敏度较高 ,重现性好。

Abstract:An accurate method for the determination of bifonazole in cream is described. The analytical column was packed with Hypersil ODS. The mobile phase was a mixture of 0.08 mol/L aqueous triethylamine (TEA) phosphate solution(pH 7.0)-acetonitrile-methanol (20:10:70, V/V) and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. This method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of bifonazole in cream.
