| Abstract: | This paper briefly describes the basic conception and operation method of foreign virtual enterprise/company, lists the successful pioneer and its operation mode of the technique and theory of domestic virtual enterprise, and connecting with the practice of the system transformation of scientific research institutes and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, discusses on the feasibility and necessity of scientific research institutes to introduce virtual technique and increase the market competitive power. |
