| 摘 要： | 研究了用ICP－MS法测定稀土化合物中Cl^-1。对分析线，内标元素和基体浓度进行了合理选择。方法的加标回收率在80％－125％。相对标准偏差在6．24％－14．70％，测定下限为0．005％。

The Determination of Cl- in Rare Earth Compounds by ICP-MS |

| Abstract: | ICP MS techniques is used for the determination of Cl - in RE compounds. The effect of matrix on the determination of Cl - was studied. The determination limit is 0.0050% with the RSD of 6.24% to 14.7% . The results obtained by this method coincided with that obtained by spectropho tometry. |
