微球湿度传感的模拟和实验研究(英文)

摘    要:详细研究了微球传感应用领域的机制和过程,并给出了优化其传感特性的实验方案。同时研究了微球水汽传感应用的可行性。对两个不同的腔环境(水汽和无水汽)中微球的透射谱分别进行了分析。在实验之前,还进行了软件仿真。在两种情况下,仿真结果和实验得出的透射谱都发生了显著变化,这验证了微球对湿度的敏感性。

Abstract:The mechanism and course of micro sphere in sensing application are studied in details.The experimental program for optimized sensing characteristics is given.Research on the feasibility of the microsphere-based water vapor sensing application is carried out.Brought into the two different chamber environments(water vapor and without water vapor,respectively),the transmission spectrum of micro sphere is obtained and analyzed.Before experiments,the software simulation is also carried out.In the two cases the transmission spectrum changed significantly,which verified the sensitivity of the micro sphere on humidity.
