基于模糊自适应PID控制的汽油发电机逆变电源设计

摘    要:以中频汽油发电机为背景,设计了一种新型的单极性调制的恒频恒压逆变电源;介绍了中频汽油发电机逆变电源的基本工作原理、控制系统组成及软硬件实现方案;针对汽油发电机工作过程复杂,很难建立精确数学模型的情况,对汽油发电机油门进行模糊控制实现了逆变电源的稳定输出,试验表明:设计方案简洁可靠、易于控制,达到了较好的节能效果.

Abstract:By taking intermediately frequent gasoline generator as the background, a new kind of inverting power source with constant frequency and constant voltage of uni-polarity modulation is designed.This paper introduces the basic working principle of inverting power resource of the gasoline generator with intermediate frequency, its control system elements and its software and hardware implementation scheme, realizing the stable output of inverting power source by making fuzzy control on the accelerator of gasoline generator according to the situation with complex working process and the difficulty in setting up mathematical model for a gasoline generator. Experiments indicate that this scheme is simple, reliable and easy to control, reaching better energy-conservation effect.
