摘    要:为了揭示高掺量粉煤灰混凝土性能,加快其在路面工程中的应用,研究了添加粉煤灰、硅粉和引气减水剂的混凝土性能,包括力学性能、部分耐久性、干缩性及耐磨性.通过对13种配合比混凝土性能评价,得出粉煤灰取代率为30%、硅粉掺入率为7%和引气减水剂为1%的混凝土,具有较高的抗折强度、抗压强度、低渗透性、高抗冻性、低干缩性、高耐磨性及良好的经济效益,建议该配合比为路面设计配合比.

Abstract:To reveal the performance of high content fly ash concrete and accelerate its application to the road pavement, the performance of the concrete added by fly ash, silica fume and the admixtures of air-inducer and water-reducer is studied from the perspective of the mechanics behavior, durability, dry-shrinkage and abrasion resistance. Based on a contrastive study of the performance of 13 mix proportions concrete, the high content fly ash concrete with the proportion of 30 % fly ash, 7 % silica fume and 1% admixture of air-inducer and water-reducer is recommanded for road pavement due to its high flexural and compressive strength, high frost resistance and abrasion resistance as well as its low permeability, drying shrinkage and cost.
