关于提高碱性锌电极电化学性能的研究

摘    要:利用化学置换反应制备了一系列含Bi合金锌粉,通过腐蚀试验,多孔锌电极的的恒流放电以及电位扫描测试,研究了合金锌粉在KOH溶液中的电化学性质.试验结果证明,掺Bi以后,可以有效的改善锌在KOH溶液中的电化学行为,它既可以加速锌的阳极溶解,又降低了析氢过电位,提高了析氢电流密度,后者对电池储存不利.为了克服这一矛盾,又选择了几种含氟表面活性剂,通过上述几种手段,进一步证明,在锌中掺Bi和在溶液中添加含氟表面活性剂,两者具有良好的协同作用,最后达到了既能有效地提高锌在溶液中的电化学活性,又能减缓其自腐蚀,为实际电池性能的提高,提供了一定的理论依据.

Abstract:Series of Zn-Bi alloy powder was prepared by chemical substitution reaction, The electrochemical properties of Zn-Bi alloy in KOH solution was studied using corrosion test, current-stable discharge experiment and potential sweep measurement. The results showed that the addition of Bi into Zn powder could improve the electrochemical behavior of Zn electrode effectively. It can accelerate the anodic dissolve of Zn electrode, but it also increased the hydrogen evolution current, which will affect the capacity reserve. To avoid this negative affection, four fluorosurfantents are chosen. The results of the electrochemical tests showed that the addition of metal Bi into Zn powder and fluorosurfactents into electrolyte have good combined action, it can improve the electrochemical activities and slow down the self-discharge process. Our work offered a promising way to improve the quality of Zn-Mn battery.
