| 摘 要： | 通过比较多种车牌定位的方法,提出了一种基于车牌纹理及颜色特征的综合车牌定位方法.把车牌定位分为两步进行,首先对车牌进行初定位,然后再精确定位车牌区域.

| Abstract: | A synthesis license plate location method based on license plate texture and color is proposed after the comparison of many methods in this thesis.It divides the procedure into two parts,first find an approximate location of the license plate,then process this part of the image and find a more accurate location in it. |
