摘    要:应用硫酸锌,复合蛋白锌对环磷酰胺引起的小鼠脾脏及胸腺重量变化的影响进行了观察。结果表明,胸腺微量元素锌含量高于脾脏,复合蛋白锌组胸腺重量及其指数高于环磷酰胺组,与 酸锌组无差异。

Abstract:In this study, the effect of zinc sulfate and multi-protein zinc was investigated on weight change of the spleen and the thymus induced by cyclophosphamide (Cy) in mice. The results showed: 1. zinc content of the spleen was lower than that of the thymus. 2. weight and index of the thymus in multi-protein zinc group were higher than those of the Cy group (P<0. 05 ), and were not different from those of the zinc sulfate group (P>0.05). 3. index of the spleen in the multi-protein zinc group was higher than that of the Cy group (P<0. 05).4. weights and indexes of the spleen and the thymus in the multi-protein zinc group were higher than those of the zinc sulfate group. The data demonstrated that trace element zinc could significantly reduce the spleen and thymus damage resulted from the Cy.
