马氏珠母贝各部位及其插核珍珠层微量元素的含量及分布

摘    要:用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪检测了马氏珠母贝5个部位及其人工插核珍珠层中的11种微量元素的含量。结果表明,人工插核珍珠层中Se、Si、Zn含量,角质层中B、Co、Fe、Mn含量,内脏囊中P含量,闭壳肌中Cu、Cd含量,人工插核珍珠层、角质层、闭壳肌中V含量较其他部位高;各部位w(Cu)/w(Zn)均小于0.50,其中人工插核珍珠层的w(Cu)/w(Zn)特别小,为0.05。为进一步加工利用和揭示其药用价值提供基础信息。

Abstract:The content and distribution of microelements in Pinctada martensii the manual nucleus inserted pearl layer was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.The result indicates that the content of Se,Si and Zn in the manual nucleus inserted pearl layer,the content of B,Co,Fe and Mn in the cuticle,the content of P in the viscera sac,the content of Cu and Cd in the adductor muscle,as well as the content of V in the manual nucleus inserted pearl layer,cuticle and adductor muscle are higher than that in other parts of this pearl oyster.The w(Cu)/w(Zn) of all are smaller than 0.50 and it is the smallest(0.05) in the manual nucleus inserted pearl layer.This provides the basic information of further processing development and utilization of the Pinctada martensii and also reveals its medicinal value.
