| 摘 要： | 在大平面砂轮磨齿机(Y7125)上,利用磨齿的同时,采用简单的工艺方法来实现轮齿的鼓形微量修形。根据啮合原理推导出以内锥面砂轮磨削齿面得到的鼓形齿面方程、鼓形量等精确计算公式。

| Abstract: | On Y7125 gear grinding machine,a new simple method of manufacturing drum-gear is put forward.According to gearing theory,equations of the drum-gear profile(which is ground by a cone grinding wheel)and other correction factors such as corrected value,corrected line are acquired. |
