银微聚集体上的表面增强拉曼研究

摘    要:本文对柠檬酸钠方法还原的银溶胶形成的微聚集体进行了表面增强拉曼(SERS)研究。通过表面等离子体成像以及SERS成像对该聚集体上的表面增强拉曼活性进行讨论。实验证明该聚集体具有较强的拉曼增强能力。对探测分子1H-1,2,3-triazolo4,5-b]pyridine(TzPy)的检测浓度达到10-6mol/L,信噪比(S/N)为6左右。

Abstract:Surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) spectra of 1H-1,2,3-triazolo(4,5-b])pyridine(TzPy) adsorbed on silver micro-aggregates have been studied.The silver micro-aggregates were synthesized by aggregating of silver colloids,which were prepared by sodium citrate-reducing reaction.The SERS results show that these silver micro-aggregates possess remarkable enhancement ability.The detection limit of TzPy is as low as 10~(-6) mol/L(the Signal-to-Noise ratio(S/N) is about 6).By using the silver micro-aggregates as a SERS substrate,the detection sensitivity of TzPy in the present study is higher by 2-5 orders than that in the literature.
