摘    要:时变的非线性动力学特性和操作环境的不确定性是阻碍起重机自动化的主要因素.本文对回转起重机载荷摆动模型线性化过程中存在的误差进行了定量分析,定量描述了动力学参数对载荷摆动的最大幅值和频率的影响规律,揭示了不确定操作环境的作用规律,从而更精确描述起重机在同时做变幅、回转和起升运动工况下的系统动力学特性,为实现起重机操作自动化提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The time-varying nonlinear dynamics and uncertainties of specific operation environment of the cranes are the main factors preventing the realization of crane automation. In this paper, the errors resulting from model linearization are analyzed quantitatively, and the influence of the dynamical parameters on the maximum amplitude and the frequency of payload oscillation are described, and then the action principles of the operation environment uncertainties are revealed. Therefore, the dynamical performance in operating of simultaneously traveling, slewing, and hoisting or lowering is described more accurately, which provide the theoretical basis for position control and anti-swing control of cranes automation.
