对甲基苯磺酸甲酯催化苯并噁嗪固化反应

摘    要:以对甲基苯磺酸甲酯作为阳离子催化剂,研究了双酚A苯胺型苯并噁嗪的热聚合反应.通过凝胶时间、FT-IR、DSC和TGA对阳离子引发聚合作了研究.苯并噁嗪中加入质量分数为5 %的对甲基苯磺酸甲酯,其DSC图有多重放热峰存在,说明有多种固化反应同时或有序地发生.固化峰顶温度从222.91℃下降到137.03℃.

Abstract:Methyl p-methyltoluenesulfonate (MeOTs) was used as cationic catalyst for thermal polymerization of a bisphenol A/aniline-based benzoxazine (BA-a). Thermal cationic polymerization of BA-a was investigated by using gel time, FT-IR, DSC and TGA. Non-isothermal DSC scan of BA-a with 5 % mass ratio of MeOTs as initiator showed multiple peaks for the main exotherm. The appearance indicates that multiple cure reactions occur simultaneously or sequentially. The curing peak temperature was lowered from 222.91 ℃ to 137.03 ℃.
