摘    要:为了满足不同的装药需求,军用炸药件常被加工成不同的形状。为了保证安全,炸药机械加工必须使用切削液。目前国内外市场尚没有炸药机械加工专用切削液产品出现,相关研究报道也较少。炸药机械加工切削液在与炸药相容的同时,还应具有良好的防锈性能,保证机床和刀具不被锈蚀。碱性

Abstract:We researched the Application of HEDP and IP_(6)chelating agents in antirust cutting fluid for explosive changes machining.The results show that the antirust effect of IP_(6)is clearly superior to HEDP.ICFE-1(0.05%IP_(6),qualitative concentration) and ICFE-2(0.1%IP_(6),qualitative concentration) have good antirust ability for both A3 type steel and ferrosteel.No evidence shows that any color change reaction has occurred when ICFE-1 and ICFE-2 contact with TNT,HMX and RDX explosives.The IP_(6)protecting film on surfaces of A3 type steel and ferrosteel were evaluated by means of SEM.We also discussed the antirust mechanism of IP_(6)in detail.
