摘    要:以 HP- INNOWAX(Crosslinked Polyethlene Glycol交链聚乙二醇 )毛细管柱为固定相 ,使用氢火焰离子化检测器 (FID) ,二阶程序升温 ,外标法定量 ,气相色谱法分析硅凝胶中环氧乙烷的残留量 ,检出限为1ng环氧乙烷 ,相对标准偏差均小于 4 .32 % ,回收率在 98.2 5 %— 10 1.84 %之间 ,该方法操作简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好 ,适用于硅凝胶中环氧乙烷的残留量分析

Abstract:The contents of etox (EO) remained in silicone were analyzed by GC with HP-INNOWAX(crosslinked polyethlene glycol) capillary column as the stationary phase,hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) as detector,two grade program rise temperature as oven temperature,and external standard method as the quantitative analysis method.The minimum detect quantity is 1ng of EO,the RSD are less than 4.32%,the recovery ratio is in the range of 98.25%-101.84%.This method is convenient,sensitive with good accuracy and precision,so that it can serve well in the quantitative analysis of EO remained in silicone.
