基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器的激光束位置控制器

摘    要:设计了一种能自动调节激光柬照射在指定位置的控制器。控制过程中考虑到第一个平面镜转动对第二个位置传感器表面光点的影响,预先调整第二个镜架,可以控制PSD2的光点位置基本不受镜架1的影响,也缩短了系统的响应时间。控制系统能够判别光线是否在位置传感器的有效范围内,以避免系统失控。

Abstract:In order to keep the position of laser beam, a controller consisting of Position Sensitive Detectors (PSD), motor driven mirror mounts and Proportional Integral Differential (PID) control loop was built up. Virtual Instruments (VI) employing graphical programming language of LabVIEW, PCI MIO 16E 1 data acquisition (DAQ) board and PCI GPIB card were created. The control system reduced the responding time due to adjusting the second mirror in advance and kept in control loop while the light on PSDs was off. It was shown that the VI had perfect performance.
