壳聚糖和N-羟基苯并三氮唑相互作用的NMR研究

摘    要:运用液体1H谱、固体高分辨13C谱以及脉冲梯度场测量自扩散系数等核磁共振技术,研究了壳聚糖(CS)和N-羟基苯并三氮唑(HOBt)的相互作用.结果表明,CS重复单元中2位碳上的-NH2和HOBt唑环上的-OH之间存在较强的氢键作用,HOBt的存在可以促进CS在水溶液中的溶解,使得在水溶液中对CS进行化学改性成为可能.通过测量CS与HOBt混合溶液中HOBt的自扩散系数,计算出复合物结合与解离的平衡常数K.

Abstract:The interaction between chitosan (CS) and 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (HOBt) was characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy, NMR diffusion measurement, and solid-state high-resolution 13C NMR spectroscopy. It was found that CS and HOBt can form organic complex in aqueous solution, with hydrogen bond interaction as the main binding force. The association constant of CS/HOBt complex was calculated from the self-diffusion coefficient of HOBt. The interaction between CS and HOBt can potentially be utilized for efficient chemical modification of CS.
