| Abstract: | It seems very difficult for many English learners to promote their reading comprehension at a certain level. The Interactive Theory makes a broad way for it. On the basis of their own practices, this paper has suggesteal an approach to achieve it, of rich background knowledge, language knowledge, and structural knowledge plus some appropriate reading techniques. |
