山药多糖的制备及其体外抗氧化活性

提取山药粗多糖并进行精制,分析了山药多糖的单糖组成,并研究了山药多糖的体外抗氧化活性.结果表明,山药精制多糖纯度较高,由鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成.体外抗氧化活性测试结果表明,山药多糖具有一定的还原能力,对羟自由基具有较强的清除能力,并对小鼠肝匀浆自氧化有明显的抑制作用.因此,山药多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性,可作为潜在的抗氧化剂或抗衰老药物进行深入研究和开发.

Preparation and Antioxidant Properties of Polysaccharides from Dioscorea Opposite Thunb Roots

Crude polysaccharides were extracted from Dioscorea opposite Thunb roots and puri lied. The monosaccharide components of the resulting polysaccharides were identified by means of gas chromatography. Furthermore, the antioxidant activities of crude polysaccharides （CYPP） and purified polysaccharides （CYP） were evaluated in vitro. Results indicate that the purified polysaccharides have a very high purity, and they consist of monosaccharide compo- nents including rhamnose, arabinose, mannose, glucose and galactose. At the same time, CYPP and CYP were found to have moderate reducing qapability, strong activity to scavenge hydroxyl free radicals, and strong ability to inhibit spontaneous peroxidation of liver lipid. In general, the polysaccharides prepared from Dioscorea opposite Thunb roots have good antioxidant activities, and they may find promising applications as potent antioxidant agents and antiaging medicines.
