摘    要:选用V(硝酸)+V(双氧水)=5+1的混合消化液对样品进行微波消解,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了不同地区秦艽花中的Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn6种微量元素的含量。结果表明,该法的加标回收率为96.53%~100.11%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。显示秦艽花中微量元素含量丰富,其中Mg、Ca、Fe的含量较高,不同地区秦艽花中各元素的含量均有一定差异。该试验为秦艽花药材的合理药用及进一步的开发利用提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:The flowers of Gentiana straminea Maxim. in different sampling sites were digested with V( HNO3 ) + V( H2O2 ) = 5 + 1 by microwave digestion, and the contents of six trace elements such as Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn were detected by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. The recovery ratio by standard addition is 96. 53% - 100. 11% and RSD is less than 3%. These figures showed that the method gave good recoveries and accuracy. The results showed that the content s of the six trace elements were rich in flowers of Gentiana straminea Maxim. in different sampling sites, and the content of three trace element s including Mg, Ca, Fe were more than other trace elements in the flowers of Gentiana straminea Maxim. There were considerable differences in the content of the six trace elements in flowers of Gentiana straminea Maxim. in different sampling sites. The data of the experiment could provide an accurate and credible evidence for the reasonable medicinal use and deeper exploitation of the flowers of Gentiana straminea Maxim.
