摘    要:氢化物 -原子荧光测定干酵母中微量的砷和汞 ,探讨了样品的消解条件 ,仪器工作参数 ,硼氢化钾浓度对测定的影响。该方法简便快速、结果准确、重现性好。加标回收率 As:98.99%,Hg:98.32 %。相对标准偏差 As:0 .1 1 %,Hg:0 .0 3%。

Abstract:The amounts of As and Hg in the dry yeast powder were determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The degestion condition,the apparatus parameters,KBH_4 content were optimized. The method is simple and rapid with satisfactory results and good reproducibility.The average recovery rates are 98.99%,and 98.32% for As and Hg with the relative standard deviations of 0.11%,and 0.03%,respectively.
