急回连杆机构的设计研究

摘    要:急回连杆机构能实现机械工作行程的均速慢进和空回行程的快速退回,因而得到了广泛的应用空间。针对曲柄摇杆机构,利用其在极位时的几何关系,分析了在已知行程速经系数条件下,有不同附加杆长条件时曲柄摇杆机构设计的简便作图和解析法,并分析了急回偏置曲柄滑块机构,为其设计提供了思路。

Abstract:Because it gives the working storke of the follower a slower speed, and gives the return storke a faster speed, quick-return planar linkage mechanisms are widely used in such case. By using geometrical theorem in the limiting positions, this paper expecially consideres the crank-rocker mechanism, analyzes its graphical and analytical synthesis, with an additional planar linkage dimension in case of a known coefficient of travel speed variation. Then describes the design of the offset slider-crank mechanism, which gains practical method for such design.
