针对新建本科院校科学研究与教学研究的现状,指出:要正确认识和摆正教研与科研的关系,发挥教研在本学科专业科研中排头军的作用;要重视师范类研究生的专业教化,正本清源;要发挥政策导向的积极作用,统筹规划,精心部署。

How to Deal with the Relationship between Teaching Research and Scientific Research in Newly-founded Universities

Based on the status quo of newly-founded colleges and universities, this paper points out that the relationship between scientific research and teaching research should be well treated so as for teaching research to play a leading role in the research of the courses and specialty, that much attention should be paid to the education of the teaching-majored graduate so as to radically reform by striking at the root of the problem, and that the guidance of the policy should be exploited fully so that an overall planning and a careful distribution can be followed.
