紫外光敏引发合成高相对分子质量的P(AM-DAC)

摘    要:采用紫外光照射和光敏引发的方式,以丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为单体,水溶性复合偶氮类为光敏引发剂,合成了高相对分子质量阳离子聚丙烯酰胺P(AM-DAC)。探讨了紫外光照强度、引发温度、光敏引发剂用量、单体质量分数、络合剂、烘干方式等因素对合成P(AM-DAC)的性能影响,并与热引发聚合进行比较。结果表明:紫外光敏引发合成P(AM-DAC)的相对分子质量可以达到1.3×107,阳离子度为25%~30%,溶解性能优良且产品纯度高。用红外光谱仪和差示扫描量热仪对共聚物的结构进行了表征和确定。
