基于有效管理的企业微观运行效率界定

基于企业股东和管理层之间的博弈，在传统生产函数中引入有效管理水平，从净利润最大化角度出发，界定了企业最佳的有效管理水平和产出规模．在此基础上，界定了企业的微观运行效率，并指出我国企业效率的提升需从有效管理水平的提升和产出规模的调整两方面着手．而要提高有效管理水平，一方面需提升管理层的人员素质，另一方面要建立良好的产权机制和激励机制，以此提高管理层的努力程度。

Research on the Modeling of Operation Efficiency Based on Effective Management

Based on the game between shareholders and managers, this paper introduced an effective management into the traditional production function and located the best value of the effective management and output to maximize the net profit. Furthermore, the paper defined the operational efficiency. In order to improve the operational efficiency, the firm should improve the effective management and change the output. And in order to improve the effective management, it is necessary for commercial banks to improve the quality of management stuff and establish good ownership mechanism and motivation mechanism to motivate the management stuffs.
