摘    要:从废水水质常规分析、发射光谱分析、有机污染物分析等项目入手,找出了武汉石油化工厂废水泛红的原因是:在曝气条件下,水中溶解的亚铁离子氧化生成三价铁离子,并以稳定的棕红色铁氧化物溶胶形式存在于水中,结果引起座水泛红。研究了曝气速率、pH值、溶解氧浓度和污泥浓度对水中亚铁浓度和总铁浓度的影响。结果表明,维持溶解氧浓度在饱和浓度的50%左右,污泥浓度大于2g/L,可有效防治废水泛红。

Abstract:The mechanism of blushing of petroleum refining waste water is investigated in this paper bymeans of analysis of normal waste water quality as well as emission spectrum,GC-MS-COM and IRfor organic compounds occurring in waste water. The waste water blushing is ascribed to production ofred ferric hydroxide colossal in waste water as Fe(2 ) ion is oxidized into Fe(3 ) ion under aeration condi-tion. Effect of aeration rate,concentration of dissolved oxygen and cycling amount of activated sludgeon changes of concentration of both Fe(2 ) and total ferrous ions (on basis of Fe(2 ) form) were studied.It has been shown that blushing can be prevented efficiently by keeping dissolved oxygen in waste wa-ter in A/O pools less than 50% of saturated concentration and by keeping the cycling amount of acti-vated sludge not less than 2g/L.
