摘    要:用高真空重量吸附、~(29)SiMAS NMR、NH_3-TPD、P_y-IR和正庚烷裂解等方法研究稀盐酸萃取REUSY样品后,对该沸石的孔和骨架结构、酸性和催化裂化功能的影响。吸附及~(29)SiMASNMR的测定结果表明,稀盐酸可以萃取出一部分填充在沸石二次孔中的非骨架铝(EFAl)碎片。NH_3-TPD和P_y-IR的试验结果表明,稀盐酸萃取后,该沸石强、弱酸中心的强度和数目均有所增加。正康烷裂解反应的数据指出,REUSYEX的裂解活性和抗氮性能均较其母体REUSY为高。

Abstract:The pore and framework structure, and the acidic and catalytic cracking properties of REUSY-EX have been studied by means of BET method, ~(29)Si MAS NMR, NH_3-TPD, P_y-IR and n-heptane cracking tests. The results of adsorption and ~(29)SiMASNMR showed that HCl leaching could extract extra-framework aluminium species (EFAL)in the secondary pores of REUSY and the chemical surroundings of Si (OAl) in REUSY-EX were more uniform. The data of NH_3-TPD and Py-IR indicated that EFAL species in the secondary pores had screening effect on the acid sites. Both the strength and amount of acid sitesincreased after HCl leaching, n- heptane cracking tests illustrated that the catalytic cracking activity and nitrogen tolerence of REUSY-EX were higher than those of REUSY.
