摘    要:以Nafion膜固定的新亚甲基蓝为辣根过氧化物酶和玻碳电极间的电子传递介体,制成电流型单酶过氧化氢生物传感器和双酶葡萄糖生物传感器。探讨了工作电位、pH值、温度和干扰物质等对生物传感器的影响。

Abstract:An amperometric biosensor highly sensitive to H_2O_2 and a bienzymebased biosensor highly sensitive to glucose were constructed,based on new methylene blue incorporated into a Nafion membrane as the electron transfer mediator between horseradish peroxide and glass carbon electrode.Characteristics of the biosensors were evaluated with respect to dependence on applied potential,solution pH,temperature and interferents.The biosensors displayed high selectivity,high sensitivity and fast response.
