优化迭代目标转换因子分析法

摘    要:本文采有一系列步骤,如优化波长集合与优化标准浓度阵的选择,其目的是为了尽量发掘组份间的内在差异且在计算过程中予以保持,降低组份间相关性来改善迭代目标转换因子分析法的分辨混合体系的性能。应用该优化迭代目标转换因子分析法,对二元稀土和三元氨基酸体系进行光度法多组份同时测定,结果满意。

Abstract:A series of steps is taken to improve the component resolution function of itera-tive target transformation factor analysis ,including selection of an optimum set of wave-lengths and selection of an optimum standard concentration matrix. With this optimized iter-ative target transformation factor analysis, the inner difference of components in a mixture is extracted and kept throughout the analysis procedure so as to minimize the correlation of components. It has been applied to the determination of two component rare earth system and three component amino-acid with satisfactory results.
