| 摘 要： | 用苯酚-硫酸比色法首次对龙胆花中多糖含量进行测定，测定波长490nm，多糖换算因素f=5．07。从0．002mg／ml-0．02ms／ml呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9998。回收率在97．4％-102．3％之间，精密度RSD％=1．16％。

| Abstract: | The content of polysaccharose in Gentiana futtereri Diels was determined by oxybenzene-sulfuric acid colorimetry in 490 nm (conversion factor of polysaccharides f=5.07)?Between 0.002mg/mL and 0.02mg/mL,absorbance and the content have good linear relaton(r=0.9998),The rate of reclaim is between 97.4% and 102.3%,and the precision is 1.16%. |
