摘    要:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取墨西哥鼠尾草和齿叶薰衣草挥发油,通过GC-MS分析其化学成分,并用峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果表明,墨西哥鼠尾草和齿叶薰衣草挥发油化学成分和含量有较大差别。

Abstract:Salvia leucantha and Lavandula dentata volatile oil was extracted separately by steam distillation, and the chemical components were determined by means of GC-MS spectrometry. The relative contents of the components were calculated with peak areas normalization method. The results show that significant differences of the volatile oils components and their contents were found between Salvia leucantha and Lavandula dentate.
