摘 要: | 基于Kirchhoff定律,利用半导体激光器及钽酸锂热释电探测器设计了一种实用化的实时测温系统。在介绍系统测温原理的基础上,着重分析了反射辐射对该系统测温精度的影响。提出了利用水冷遮蔽板抑制反射辐射对该系统测温精度影响的方法,对水冷遮蔽板进行了优化设计。分析表明,采用优化设计的水冷遮蔽板之后,在要求的测温范围400~1200℃内,反射辐射对该系统测温精度的影响可以忽略不计。

Control on reflection radiation and optimal design of water-cooled shelter plate of a real-time temperature measurement system |

Abstract: | Based on the Kirchhoff law, a practical temperature real-time measurem ent system using laser diode InGaAs/I and LiTaO3 pyroelectric detector is pres en ted. The temperature measurement principle is introduced. The effect and control on temperature measurement accuracy are discussed by reflection radiation. A me thod about controlling reflection radiation by a water-cooled shelter plate is g iven. The water-cooled shelter plate is optimized. Analysis results show that t e mperature measurement error derived from reflection radiation may be negligible at 400~1200℃ after taking this optimal water-cooled shelter plate. |
