摘    要:工程实践中经常需要对快速移动小目标进行监视。在某些特定的场合,视频监视是一种较好的选择,但常用的高速摄像由于成本较高,所以不适合在消耗性环境中应用。在本设计中,利用非高速CCD(电荷耦合器件)摄像,通过实时网络传输以及视频记录黑匣子设计,实现了对特定环境中快速移动小目标的监视。方案还对系统指标及参数进行了估算,对摄像机的布局进行了论证,并分析了实时数字图像的记录与保护方法,介绍了数据恢复与处理的方法。实际应用效果证明,此方案合理可行。

Abstract:A monitoring system for fast-moved small object is often needed in engineering practice. In some given situations, video monitoring system is a preferable selection. Because of the high cost, the high speed photograph system is not suit to it. In this design, based on non high speed photograph, the monitoring for fast-moved object in special circumstance is realized with real time network transmit and video register black box. The system guidelines and parameters are estimated. The vidicon's position is demonstrated. The register and protect method of the real time figure picture is analyzed. The data resume and manage measure is introduced. This design is proved in practice application.
