原子氧辐照对填充聚酰亚胺复合材料结构和摩擦学性能的影响

摘    要:采用热压成型制备了固体润滑剂填充改性的聚酰亚胺(PI)复合材料,用一定剂量的原子氧对改性的PI复合材料表面进行辐照处理.利用X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR-ATR)分析了辐照前后PI复合材料的结构变化,并采用UMT摩擦磨损试验机评价了原子氧辐照前后改性PI复合材料的摩擦学性能,最后用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了PI复合材料的磨损表面.结果表明:原子氧辐照后PI复合材料的树脂以及填充相发生了一定程度的氧化,其表面树脂分子链发生了部分断裂和降解,表面粗糙、碎屑增多,导致复合材料的摩擦系数增大,摩擦学性能下降,辐照前后复合材料的磨损机理发生了变化,辐照前复合材料主要表现为黏着磨损,辐射后表现为轻微犁削和磨粒磨损.

Abstract:The polyimide(PI)composites filled with several solid lubricants were prepared by compression molding. The surfaces of polyimide composites were irradiated by a certain doses of atomic oxygen.
