摘    要:利用锁定放大器能够测量湮没在噪声中的信号的特点,采用低频交流伏安法,在0.5Vrms和0.5mArms条件下,实现了对几十mΩ级低电阻和数百MΩ级高电阻的测量,测量误差在1%左右。

Abstract:Lock-in amplifier can measure the signal lost in noise. Using this characteristic and low frequency? AC voltammeter,in 0. 5 Vmms and 0. 5 mArms conditions. Low resistance of tens of mΩ orders of magnitude and high resistance of several hundred mΩ orders of magnitude were measured. Measurement error is about 1%.
