干涉光谱仪中棱镜的分光特性

摘    要:对光波在Wollaston棱镜中的传播特性进行了深入的分析,得出了关于光波法线和光线的折射方向、折射率的解析表达式。对不同入射位置和不同入射角下o光与e光之间的光程差进行了计算机模拟,给出了相应的关系曲线。结果表明光程差与入射位置关系具有很好的线性,在切割角不太大的条件下光程差与入射角的关系也具有较好的线性。为双折射型空间调制干涉光谱仪的设计和应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The light propagation in Wollaston prism is discussed. The analytic expressions about the directions and the refractive indexes of the wave normal and the ray are presented. The optical path differences (opd) between o ray and e ray with different incident positions x and different incident angles i are calculated accurately and completely. The curves of opd versus x and i are given. The results show that the relation between opd and x is nice linear, and the relation between opd and i is near linear also when the cut-angle of the prism is not too big. It affords useful theoretical basis for design and application of spatial modulated interferometer.
