摘    要:建立了顶空气相色谱-质谱法检测地表水中1,2-二氯苯残留量的方法.选择性离子扫描模式检测,在10~100μg/L范围内1,2-二氯苯浓度与色谱峰面积呈现良好的线生关系,相关系数为0.9996.在20、40μg/L添加水平下,1,2-二氯苯的加标回收率在96.8%~101.7%之间,方法的检出限为5.0μg/L,测定结果...

Abstract:The method for the determination of 1,2-dichlorobenzene in surface water was developed by head space gas chromatography - mass spectrometry( HS - GC - MS). The selective ion scan mode was used to monitor the object. The concentration of 1, 2-dichlorobenzene in surface water had good linearity relationship with the peak area in the range of 10 - 100 μg/L(r = 0.999 6). The recoveries were 96.8% - 101.7% and the determination limit was 5 μg/L. The RSD of determination results was 3.32% - 3.85% (n = 6 ). The method has good sensitivity and separating effect, and it can eliminate the interfere from the complex substrate. The method can be applied to determine the residue of the 1,2-dichlorobenzene in the surface water.
