| Abstract: | A series of novel β,γ-methylene-, monofluoromethylene-, and difluoromethylene-bisphosphonophosphate alkyl monoesters was synthesized. The compounds were conveniently detected during preparative HPLC using post-column derivatization with a phosphate-specific chemosensor. |
