中华鳖稚鳖荧光标记技术研究

摘    要:采用红色和绿色荧光可视植入胶体(Visible Implant Elastomer,VIE)对刚孵化的中华鳖稚鳖前肢腹面进行了标记养殖实验.红色、绿色和对照组稚鳖在第30天、第60天、第90天和第120天平均体重分别为(15.18±0.73)g、(15.54±0.82)g、(15.33±0.79)g;(40.37±1.50)g、(40.94±1.60)g、(40.70±1.66)g;(75.64±2.97)g、(74.59±3.27)g、(75.45±2.80)g和(122.01±7.27)g、(124.15±8.06)g、(124.76±7.28)g.红色、绿色和对照组稚鳖第120天成活率分别为96.0%、95.0%和95.3%.红色标记在整个实验期间保持率为100%.绿色标记在第30天和第60天保持率为100%,第90天和第120天保持率分别为96.7%和95.0%.研究结果表明:VIE标记对稚鳖的生长发育和成活率影响小,标记保持率较高,是一种适合刚孵化稚鳖的标记方法.

Abstract:Red and green visible implant elastomer(VIE) are adopted to tag just-hatched soft-shelled turtle,Pelodiscus sinensis on the ventral side of their forelegs.The average body weight of red,green and untagged control groups on 30th,60th,90th and 120th day are(15.18±0.73) g,(15.54±0.82) g,(15.33±0.79) g;(40.37± 1.50) g,(40.94±1.60) g,(40.70±1.66) g;(75.64±2.97) g,(74.59±3.27) g,(75.45±2.80) g and(122.01±7.27) g,(124.15±8.06) g,(124.76±7.28) g,respectively.The survival rate of red,green and untagged control groups on 120th day were 96.0%,95.0% and 95.3%,respectively.No tags were lost during the experiment in the red color.The retention rate of green color on the 30th,60th,90th and 120th day are 100%,100%,96.7% and 95.0%,respectively.Our results show that,for its minimal developmental effect and high retention rates,VIE is a suitable marking method for just-hatched soft-shelled turtle.
