| Abstract: | Let  : R R be a Lie isomorphism of prime rings. Suppose that if R satisfies the standard polynomial identity St4 of degree 4. We prove that has a decomposition into the sum of a homomorphism (or the negative of an anithomomorphism) plus an additive map into the center of R. |
