Fullerene compounds with transition metals MnC60: Preparation, structure, and properties

This review summarizes the results of studies on complexation of fullerene C₆₀ with transition metals. The structural background for metal-fullerene interaction is discussed. Much attention is focused on the compounds M_nC₆₀. Methods of their preparation, structure, and properties are considered in detail. The nature of their catalytic activity is discussed.
