摘    要:在环糊精诱导室温燐光法中(CD-RTP)除氧技术是重要的实验条件。本文首次成功地建立了在反应体系中以Zn(s)+HCl产生H2和Na2CO3+HCl产生CO2作除氧剂,α-氯代萘作模型化合物的CD-RTP法。与传统的通氮除氧以及Na2SO3化学除氧方法相比,具有操作简便、除氧速度快、不受酸度严格控制、信号稳定等优点。

Abstract:The deoxygenation is one of the essential requirements in cyclodextrin induced room temperature phosphorescence. This paper originally presents two deoxygenation methods in which oxygen is removed by hydrogen or carbon dioxide respectively produced by thereaction Zn (s ) + HCl or Na2CO3 + HCl in measuring media. With 1, 2-dibromoethane as anexternal heavy atom perturber and a-chloronaphthalene as a model compound, these two newmethods show obvious advantages such as simpler facilities, faster deoxygenation speed.wider acidity range and more stable RTP signals etc, as compared with conventional N2 (g)Purging and Na2SO3 chemical deoxygenation.
