| Abstract: | 《Engineering Eleetromagnetics》 written by professor William H. Hayt who served at Purdue Uni- versity in America is one of the most textbooks on classical electromagnetic field and wave. In this paper, the features of the textbook are introduced in some aspects including organizing main contents, writing style and publishing forms. Some thoughts on translating the textbook also are represented. And, some concrete suggestions are proposed for our domestic electromagnetic field textbook construction. |
