摘    要:利用HPLC法(高效液相色谱分析)测定了复方桐叶烧伤油中芝麻素的含量.实验色谱条件为:TADE-PAK AF-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相甲醇-水(体积比80∶20),流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长287 nm.柱温35 ℃,进样量10 μL.理论板数按芝麻素计算,不低于5 000.实验结果表明,芝麻素对照品在0.020 18 ~0.403 6 g/L范围内线性关系良好(R=1),回归方程Y=15 562X+9.37,芝麻素加样回收率103.22%,精密度RSD 0.58%.方法简单、快速、准确、灵敏、稳定,可用于复方桐叶烧伤油中芝麻素含量的检测和质量控制.

Abstract:A method for the determination of sesamin in compound tongye burn oil by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established.The chromatographic conditions were:tade-pak af-c18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);mobile phase:methanol water (80∶20);flow rate:0.8 mL/min;detection wavelength:287 nm;column temperature:35 ℃;injection volume:10 μL.The number of theoretical plates shall be calculated as sesamin and shall not be less than 5 000.The linearity of sesamin reference substance was good in the range of 0.020 18~0.403 6 g/L (R=1),the regression equation was Y=15 562X+ 9.37,the recovery of sesamin was 103.22%,and the precision RSD was 0.58%.The results show that the method is simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive and stable,and can be used for the content detection and quality control of sesamin in compound tongye burn oil.
