镁功能化炭材料的制备及酯交换催化性能研究

摘    要:利用溶胶-凝胶法一步合成了镁功能化的介孔炭材料,并考察了其在碳酸二甲酯与碳酸二乙酯酯交换反应中的催化性能.利用碱性溶液预处理的介孔Mg-NC材料表现出了优异的催化性能和高稳定性.并通过N_2吸附-脱附、XRD、CO_2-TPD以及NH_3-TPD对材料进行了结构以及表面理化性质的表征.结果表明材料表面的弱酸弱碱中心的协同作用对催化性能的提高起到至关重要的作用.


Preparation and transesterification catalytic performance of magnesium-functionalized mesoporous carbon
Abstract:A kind of magnesium-functionalized mesoporous carbon was prepared by one-pot synthesis.And the catalytic performance of magnesium-functionalized mesoporous carbon (Mg-NC) was investigated for the transesterification of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) with diethyl carbonate (DEC) to synthesize ethyl methyl carbonate (EMC).Compared with other solid catalysts,the mesoporous Mg-NC pretreated with alkaline solution showed remarkably high activity and stability in the reaction.The structure,physical and chemical properties of the surface were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,CO2-TPD and NH3-TPD.Indicating the presence of suitable weak acid and base sites on the surface of mesoporous Mg-NC material should play a critical role in the activation of reactants to produce EMC.
